That'd work well with how foolish alot of people are, and you'd sure create alot of fear and or paranoia wherever. But judging how things are nowadays that'd quite bad to do on a train or something especially if you were of foreign decent (the image of evil the media portray towards this). 2 kids letting of some fart bombs were enough to stop a whole rail line so this could do alot if your sitting next to the kind of person who will exaggerate the situation.
