Does Adsense allow this?

I'm wondering to put at my site smth new like ringtones (polifon,mp3,midi) cell themes, games for cell phone and freeware software for windows.
Does Adsense allow this?

You cannot use copyrighted content, software, etc on your site that you do not have permission to use or display, that is a violation of the terms of service set forth by AdSense. Make sure you include in every page footer cite & sources to your copyright validity.

 

please tell me more. what can i do to put this things at my site? which kind of things are allowed and which not?

 

You can't use pictures, videos, content, etc that is copyright protected by someone.
