For US paypal account a bank accounts is must . i have read your conversation throughy . the seller ASIF tryed to help you out the best he can ( it seems from his words ) francly speaking , from your words its seems that you are trying to blackmailing him ( may be i am wrong , i said what i feel ) . If you see Itrader of asif you wil lsee that most of Itraders are for VCC's ... To asif .. i think you must ask every buyer that from where is he .. and explain him the requirements ..
I am not trying to do anything to him. He allowed me to post this. I did not get what he promised. He thinks I should have know from the start what to expect. The thing is that I don't think getting iTrader from VCC is very hard once you have access to make them.
He sent me payment via paypal wihout contacting with me properly i mailed him back that plz i need some info and plz add me in IM(MSN/Yahoo). he gav me info bt hav not added in IM. He asked his vcc, i gav it to him. Normally i always ask my customers some ques to know important details, as its my duty. Bt he sent me mail,not added on IM. I gave him VCC. He addded it and mail me back its not done whats to do next. Then i asked him again to start chat atleast in GMail. Then i figured out he hav not complete that process fully. I guide him. He also told me that he hav two account and he made mistake in checkng right one. Ten he solved the problem and go to the enter Expose no page. I gav him expose no and he added it succesfully. Then he sad me his account is not varified and he dont have bank added. MY point: 1. My duty was to giv him vcc for paypal, and serve expose no. - I did it sucessefully 2.I asked him for adding me in IM to know his info. He hav not did it. -How could i know he dont hav bank added. 3.Ther r lots post here and i think most ppl know for US addressed paypal it needs both bank and VCC. -If he dont know that, its okk that any body hav lackings iof info and knowledge bt i cant be responsible for it. 4. I also guide him that if he cant add US bank then make another non-us account. That will need only vcc to varify. He made it only vcc needed. - I done this free of charge. Only vcc charge $6 will be required if he want to varify. where full paypal solution is $50-$25 every where. 5. He used my card, he used my expose and he will get 1.95 balanc in his paypal. -How could he ask for refund 6.He asked for another vcc for $3. -I myself cant buy in that price how could i sell in that price. I am here for business not for loss only for some others fault. 7.I spend abt 1.5-2 hr for this single sell only for helping him - what could anybody expect after $6 deal while already supplied him vcc worth $6, and he will get $1.95 in account. 8.I was abt to offer him another vcc in $5 to finish this problem. - He call it scam, he lost his money. bt i was ready to leave my profit to only help him I think its enough for any body to understand. He needs to know reality and stop blaming the right person.
Hello, This isn't right, I just dealed yesterday with Asif2BD who sold me a VCC and everything went as smoothly as possible. I payed, he supplied me the card and I got my PayPal verified. Asif2BD is a trusted seller, and I doubt very much he would try to scam you. Just my 2 cents on this thread.

you must appriciate that asif cares for his customers .. he gave you a detailed explaination so that you clear your mind that you was scammed of usd 6 .. usd 6 in nothing for any of us but its hurt when someone trying to help u out an d you called him scammer .......... I am not trying to get back my $6. I am not saying that he scammed me. I was just pissed at losing $6. I am more calm now. Also how can you assume that I would know all of these things? Please I never said that he scammed me. I just said that I felt like I was scammed. I lost $6 which isn't that big of a deal. I am just pissed that I lost it and also Asif won't admit that he made a mistake by not fully informing me. He knew that it was a US account so he assumed that I had a bank account. If you try to pull one over on paypal with a vcc, you are responsible for the results. Paypal has rules for a reason. I personally appreciate them as I don't want to be victimized by fraud.
The problem is that he knew that I was from US and he didn't warn me. Thats what I am mad about. However apparently I am wrong here so I will apologize to Asif.
