Problem with AdEngage

    Hi

    Currently I am using Adengage as my PPC.

    I have 3 advertisers currently advertising with me and I have a total of 11 slots for Adengage ads in my current site.

    ALL 11 slots for Adengage ads are taken up by my advertisers and I have no network ads appearing. Is this normal that I can have only 3 advertisers and I have no more network ads clicks coming in?

    Please assist.

    Perhaps you should contact Adengage?

    But just quickly, I'm 99% sure Adengage always slot in at least one spot for a Run of Network ad, that is their policy.

    Also, not sure I completely understand what you are asking, from what I understand:

    You have an ad with a rotation size of 11, and they are all filled with ads from 3 different advertisers, is that correct?

    OR

    You have 11 ad placements on your site, and 3 ad bookings, with all 11 placements using the 3 ad bookings, meaning you have duplicate ads showing (= waste of ad views).

    Both are very different scenarios.

    I have 11 ad placements on a single page :p and all these 3 ad bookings take up all the 11 slots. Each ad on the average takes up 4 slots!!!!

    you have one ad code with 11 ads showing with 11 slots selected in your admin panel,right?
    contact them.they respond within a day.

    If you have copy and pasted the ad code 11 times, and it is booked out with three ads, of course that will happen, BUT, you should also be served RONs, as I've said, Adengage always slot in one RON in their rotation.

    I really like AdEngage and I have had this happen to me before and it was cleared up within a day. Only happened when I first signed up with them and started selling ad slots. It cleared up on its own within 24 hours, but you can always contact them as well. They are so awesome when it comes to responding to customer service questions, usually the same day or within 24 hours.

    And a little hint on how to sell lots of ad slots: check out their featured sites and see how they place their ads on their sites. Also, check out the site descriptions they make for their sites on Adengage. Take some hints from them and how they do it and never have a slot empty again! I sell 1-2+ ads a day now and are usually backlogged....
