Lol I see you are true to your word about starting another thread.. Considering that question at hand I say that Jesus would admire anyone ...
Jesus Admires anyone that is kind and compassionate and has a good heart. When the old man was down on the road who helped him? Thats right , the good samaritan. The samaritans were known back then to be non believers. Do you think they are going to hell and god has forgotten their kind act?
You speak of Jesus Christ (Peace be upon him) in the present tense. That means you really believe he is watching you? Then why is there so much misery in the world? Why so much pain? Why people suffer?
Jesus gave us free will. This is why there is suffering. the suffering is because not enough people care for their human beings, not enough people will lend a hand out to a complete stranger. We need to start caring each other on a global basis. Anyone can love their own family but it takes a different heart to be there for others. If each of us on this earth did this, imagine what a better world this place would be. So jesus gave us all the power to change things. Are we really using it? You decide.
Why would Jesus admire anyone? I find it interesting that people don't want to be defined by their bad deeds (hate the sin, not the sinner) but yet they want to be defined by their good deeds so far as to be admired. If one can judge you for your good deeds, then why can they not judge you for your bad deeds? Was the Samaritan admired by Jesus? Nowhere is the samaritan called "good" even though the deed was highlighted. Probably because Jesus himself taught that we're impossibly indebted with sin. So if he wanted to judge the samaritan on works, he'd have to think very poorly of the person. So really, I don't think Jesus admires anyone. The only one that should be admired is God.
