This is a really important question we should all ask ourselves. What if for some unknown reason your site/s disapeared from the Google SERPs? It is a a possibility - even if you are doing everything 100% right - Google sometimes messes up and you could find yourself deindexed - its rare but does happen. Or maybe you get stictched up by a competitor or break their webmaster guidelines without realizing it. If id DID happen - could you survive without it? This is an important question we should ask ourselves because if we can't then we need to work on securing other traffic. I think John Chow is a perfect example of a site that got the boot by Google and still prospers.

Not now, but as time goes, I will expand my network and make it less dependent on google organic search.
survive without google, survive without adsense etc... It is always good to diversify incomes, traffic resources, but it's not so easy, to beat player with that position like Google has.
If google disappeard I would go to Yahoo....I would become frustrated with the crappy results and vow never to touch a computer again....
google is the king of the internet. you can live without google but i'm sure that will be so difficult

Its not that people won't survive without google.. There are dozens of instances of sites booted by google still doing just great..
Definitely GOOGLE is just a part and there are many things coming to give google competition and YPN is getting more good day by day but due to it's limited mobility it is facing problems or YPN also is as good as Adsense...
Yes, we can live without google and for traffic there is yahoo and I am receiving good amount to traffic from yahoo after google.
