how do i know my proxies are blocked

    1.) where is the traffic from, what country etc.
    2.) Did you do anything different?
    3.) Is the server overloaded?

    To answer your question, there is no way to tell if a site is blocked, unless you personally know someone that can test it from a particular spot. Just keep advertising and you will get more traffic.

    Does anyone know of a site to check if you are blocked in other countries? If not, any of you proxy people want to make one? Would be very handy....

    I can't get to it either. It says server not found.

    If the server is overloaded as a whole then people can't use your site, or won't if they get tired of waiting. Downside is they likely won't come back either. Check your server and make sure its not overloaded. At this point, make sure your site is working. :) Hope you get it resolved.
