    As smash said, it could be done with most things, although you could keep it to a be a site with some sort of rating system (user based) on a particular topic (eg. how important is .. [whatever/whoever])

    Anyone have any interesting idea's on development for this particular name? I've got a couple idea's that I'm torn between, so I'm curious to see what other individuals suggest
