yes i am thinking of using it as filesharing and i have a script[ but it needs a little investment] that downloads files from rapidshare.
I love the color scheme, very easy to read. I have already bookmarked it so that I can look into it further when I have the time. As for the pop up page, very nice. I'm sure it pays and it wasnt too annoying since it had a skip button. nicely done!

If you plan on (ab)using rapidshare services without properly paying for them (i believe rapidshare accounts are individual), i think as soon as your site will start to see some traffic you will see problems arriving straight from rapidshare. In short, i believe your site will be shortlived, in which case not sure it's worth developping.
