I'm new in adsense, however I'm already prepare for the possibility that I'm getting banned one day, because some guy sabotage my adsense account. I believe the biggest asset in this business is not adsense, but a sizable daily traffic. Can someone get >$10.000/month earning without adsense?
Certainly. You can join other CPC programs, use affiliate programs, sell your own digital products, sell on eBay, sell advertising, beg for donations, and more.
With the right amount of traffic you can certainly generate $10K per month, by advetising ads from cj.com or linkshare, having a Google alternative like Kontera, selling ad space or links. Look at shoemoney.com, a very popular blog, the webmaster was making six figures from Google but then was banned, this website is a good example of how to compensate for Google ads.
Woah, how's that possible, 6 figures in adsense, and Google ban him. The reason? Don't they see it's a substantial loss for them as well? Google seems way beyond piss-off.
They must be running high traffic websites? Mind to share what ones? I'm curious because I want to see their ad placements
If you can get a site with a nice amount of traffic you can monetize it in very diffent ways! such as CPM, CPC, CPL, etc
Uhh.. Shoemoney wasn't banned from Adsense... Anyway.. if you have the traffic, and know what to do with it, you can easily make $10k/month without Adsense.... Traffic is the moneymaker...

With Adsense declining for me (after a really hot start) and my affiliate sales going up, I'm starting to have less faith in Adsense.

It also depends on the site(s). Many topics and keywords pay different. I kind of like pushing in the affilaite direction these days.
Believe me, Adsense only drags you down. They take commissions from you, remember that. If you want to make more money, sell the ads directly. Put a "Your Ad Here" banners on your site so that potential advertisers know that they can advertise directly with you. All you need is the Ad Script and ways to accept money. I earn much more money by selling direct ads. If there's no advertiser, I fill the empty inventory with adsense to earn some revenue. Well, you know, BidVertiser also pays good. $1 CPC for me and the advertisers and their CPC are transparent. BidVertiser has a list of pending, approved, denied advertisers for you. You can see everything. If only adsense could allow you to see such important data.
Sell direct ads, use another advertising programs, have a newsletter and sell ads in the newsletter. sell stuff in your site, etc.
