also when using the tool how do you see the directorys with higher PR?

 

At the top right there is a little box that says "PR" [ ]

 

is there anyway to submit to higher page rank directorys? i submited to 150 but it only let me do it to PR 0 ones.

 

File > Open Directory List

then below for the rest of the steps.
