I created a keyword list with the program keyword expert about weight loss. I checked with wordtracker and there are almost know keywords that have a chance to be easy AND have some searches at the same time.

Here is the list , please give my an idea which words to chose:
    digitalsofia.hit.bg/weight-loss.txt

Any help will be greatly appreciated! :)

You want to choose keywords with the best searches/competition ratio.

Although, that should not be your end-all, be-all decision.

Build a site that is useful, optimize for the main keywords - as well as for the long tail. Build tons of links and you're good to go.

Out of that list the two that stood out as possibles to rank for were

    weight loss diet 82,526 9,360,000 113
    weight loss pill 76,567 2,150,000 28

Well these are the two I would go for should I have a weight loss site

This is so time consuming to do. (only the ton of links part!)

There has to be an easier way. I was considering purchasing a automated system from a user at another forum but I just can't trust the quality of the directories, the approval rate, correct Description, correct category (extremely important!)

How can I go about getting around these obstacles and feel comfortable buying a directory automated deal?
