I have a high traffic site which is not allowed with Google AdSense, have tried Bidvertiser but not getting as much as I would like.

I think the best would be to join a CPM site, anyone know of good paying sites to join?

don't use bidvertiser. they will steal your money. i used them and every time i had the limit they would "examine" my clicks and say that they were not valid and take all the money away and kick me out.

    use clicksor if you can

I got payments from Bidvertiser, but with very low income.

Are you thinking in placing pop-unders? this could be a good option, Im now using CPXInteractive for this in a site not allowed by adsense.

The most popular CPM is Value Click Media.

There is also Casale Media, Tribal Fusion, BannerConnect, CPXinteractive and more CPM programs.

Tribal Fusion does, but they require a 20,000 unique min. I wouldn't apply unless you have a top 20,000 alexa ranked site.

if he can't use adsense on the site,it's doubtful that he'll get in those.
he's looking at a low rate ad network like cpx or clicksor.

    well,no one is. ;)
if you can't use adsense, there is a reason and that reason you may get rejected by a good network.
so unless you say the reason being that you can't use adsense,no one is going to suggest something that you have a chance to get into.

I don't know what type of site you have. But usually this CPM advertisers avoid the forums or warez sites. But doesn't hurt to try out and apply to each of those advertisers.

Casale and VCM are some of the best out there. I use them on my entertainment site and will keep using them as long as they keep paying their current rates.

I think AdBrite pays for CMP too, specially for their Full Page Ads (interstitial ads), which the bid starts at 0.001 $ PER VISITOR! I like interstitials very much ^^

Link in my sig if you want to be my ref.
