    I was wondering if I could have some help finding advertisers for an up and coming website that will most likely reach 100,000s of people. Where can I find advertisers that pay per 1000 impression, are willing to pay for a high volume of traffic, and are not looking to put pop-up ads all over?

    Wrong forum for this, but you are looking to join an ad network like Tribal Fusion, Blue Lithium, Burst Media, Casale etc. You can try Adsdaq.com too. Regardless, you may have to actually show some results in terms of traffic before you can get anywhere with these companies, and they are not the best bet if you are looking at 3rd world traffic.

    ADSDAQ would work. You can name your own CPM and then redirect to another net. they don't do popups.
