Experience Cheap Coder Wanted!!

I am looking for a cheap coder, possibly indian.

Requirements:

• Must have a lot of experience in coding complex sites
• Must speak FLUENT english
• Be cheap
• Must have itrader.
• Must have been a member here for more than 1 month.

Yes to your first question and nope to the latter.

Your inability to follow the simplest instructions doesn't give me much hope for your coding/communication capabilities.

So.. I don't understand people who.. looking for programers/coders and ask how much you want for codding 2 psd to Valid XHTML.. eg.

I have already expressed what I will require. I am not going to give you specifics if you charge too much per hour. That is an inefficient use of my time.

In a nut shell this project will require someone very experienced in a scripting language. I am sure that this can be done in a few different languages. It is basically checking PHP code and correcting certain problems with that code (syntaxically).
