Post edited. In this case the graph wont be accurate as the site is still worth much more than $300,000. Generally though sites are valuated on a 12 month revenue model and that is what this graph spits out along with 3 months projected revenue based on the previous 3 months growth.
Thats an okay tool actually said my site was worth $420, thats pretty good seen as it's only a few months old, but i'm keeping it
Hey, my website is now worth almost as much as what I paid for the hosting. If things keep going like this I just might make a profit.
It's a neat tool; but like most of the others, the appraisals aren't worth the paper they're written on (and yes, I'm aware they're not actually written on paper)
I posted one of my new sites and it gave me a rank of 0 for Alexa and said "GREAT". Doesn't sound too great. It did get some others pretty close to what other valuation sites I've used have given.
It's more worked out on your revenue, which infact makes it more accurate than all these bull*hit site estimates determained from links etc... Sites are valued on revenue amongst other contributing factors, but NOT EVER by pr or links & those types of things
