Payout Dropped by half!

My most visited website has dropped from $120 per day to $60 per day. This happened last week. All the other sites still make the same amount as average but my most visited site dropped. Why?

Anyone else got a problem like this?

 

May be because of traffic or you might want to blend your ads in and change their location as the visitors might have found out about those ads.. so i say change their location

if they are on left, move towards right!

 

Is there any drop in the traffic?

 

Check the advertisements on the adds manually. See if there has been an explosion of MFA sites advertising for your keywords. If found, use the competitive ad filter to block.

Yea it's a huge drop. The site gets about 40% new traffic each day and it gets more and more visitors each week. So that's not the problem. I dont think that moving the ads in different place is the solution as most of the visitors are the new.

Only thing i know that adsense changed was the clicking on adsense. You no longer can click anywhere, you have to click on the actuall link in the adsense ad. But i dont think that is the problem either, its not like my ads are blended so much that i have accidental clicks, you can easily see their adsense ads.

All stats are the same, same impression and about the same amount of clicks and half less than i was making for the past year.

 

Ok i will check, how exactly do i know if a site is a MFA site?

 

If you are earning a 120$/day from adsense then you must be pretty good at this. Your instincts will tell you that it's a MFA site.

 

Well not really, i never blocked any sites in my 3 years working with adsense. I just checked most of the ads showing and the URL listed below. I went to those sites and all of them don't look like MFA sites.

I've seen a real drop this month, maybe G have been doing some update work.

 

There is a better way of doing this. Grab a Adsense Preview Tool

Now right click on your website. Select country and then check what ads show up. Sometimes for other countries, MFA ads are targetting your site.

Maybe it is just temporary, I won't jump to conclusions unless the drop is on a monthly basis.

 

Google does not make sense ,i made 3 days ago 2.41 $ for 17 clicks then i made 0.76 for 5 clicks the next day , yesterday i made 1.13 $ for 13 clicks and now i got 0.56 $ for 2 clicks . Why does this change so much !!!

 

But is smartpricing for just one website? or would it effect my whole adsense account (all the websites)

 

My earnings dropped too!! I don't know whats happening!!
