Why would you guys want more info? After reading this thread, He seems like a scammer. Very unprofessional AIM / Email conversations as well.

 

Do you know what is the means of scammer?? What is unprofessional??
I couldn't work properly last few day, as i have few problem with my family.
And i have ask infront of all to excuse me. Some people didn't understand my problem, so i have refund those 100% amount...

After all of this you will ask me unprofessional and scammer?? Why??

I am asking you a simple question??? If your mother or father will be in hospital in very serious condition then will you continue your job properly???

Then i will say, i am not like you, and don't want to be like you...

How many searches a month is a very competitive keyword? Just curious.

 

100 if it's a high paying keyword term

10,000 searches could be a total waste.

Also a webmaster will always consider their keywords competitive even if its for a term such as 'alpaca wool sweaters with red stars'

If Google says nobody can guarantee a ranking on their company owned property why would you believe someone who has no ties to the ownership of the company or can offer any valid proof of past results?

I have sites ranked on Googles front page for terms with xxx,xxx,xxx competing pages... and I still would not risk trying to guarantee a ranking to anyone.

Caveat Emporer is the best rule of thumb.....

Wildstone is working on my website and is achieving results like he said he would (VERY competitive keyword phrases)! I'm not sure why people are calling him a scammer. I know there was a short period of time when he was away from his computer because of the cyclone to hit India and had to attend to his mother that was in the hospital. This is very understandable so please give him a break.

Anyway, I had to let everyone know that I am pleased with the results so far and will continue to use him in the future!

 

Sorry but highly competitive terms are those found with 100 million pages competing or more.

Another determination if a keyword is competitive is the amount of daily searches done for the term

Sem-Advance - don't speak or judge until you know the facts. He is not ranking the website you mentioned. As for the term, modular home, it is searched on thousands of times a day. I know because I get over 2,000 uniques a day from that term.
