kool i hope some day i open such a thread and say i have earned 1000$ a single day.... gr8 work and keep it up man.....
The $10,000 in a single month is a great milestone Al which I have experienced, but $1k in a single day is massive and one I have never done, s'gonna be a Happy Xmas in your household this year
When you promote Amazon, do you do it using links in the content or by promoting Amazon product banners or text ads in a specially designated area e.g. in the navigation area?
Thanks for all the congrats everybody Cheers Scott, you hit the 10K first and inspired me a lot about time I beat you to a milestone I promote Amazon using links, at the moment I'm doing about $100 a day, so nothing like Adsense but still an okay return. A sample Amazon push post is this one about the laser game.
Congrats buddy Good to see someone from the UK doing so well Ive broken $100 per day a couple of times but thats my limit up to now. Well done buddy - Shame the $ is so weak at the moment though £500 isnt quite so WOW sounding
Basically your site is a blog converted into where you tell people about cool gadgets and give them purchase links and such? You said most of your adsense income is from that cool gadgets site...went there...btu sicne you are selling so much, I would expect your affiliate sales to be just as high wouldnt they be?
Very true, the weak dollar hurts but the amount makes up some, still bloody annoying though. My main site is a blog about cool gadgets, we provide affiliate (or purchase) links when appropriate but concentrate more on providing unique interesting content and rely on advertising for revenue. At this time of year though it does quite nicely from affiliate sales too, at the moment it's about 60/40 between advertising and commission based revenue.
Adsense is one, I also use Chitika (CPC) and Tribal Fusion (CPM) for advertising revenue and then a fair few affiliates for commission. I did a break down post a while ago on SMM but percentages have changed drasticly since then and more revenue streams have been added. Must admit the 60\40 split is a bit of a guess at the moment as I've not calculated precisely for a while.
Just out of curiosity - have you been indulging a bit in material possessions (perhaps a Lamborghini), or are you simply reinvesting? In all honesty, I would treat myself to at least one of those pricey exotic vehicles were I earning a fraction of your daily income.
