I recently ran into some personal problems as last week both of my parents were in a serious car accident and have been hospitalized. Between going to school and being at the hospital I have no time to properly run this site that is why I would like to give it to another DP user who will be able to properly promote the site with advertising and profit from it. I am not trying to pull the wool over anyones eyes here as I have the utmost respect for every DP user but due to my unfortunate circumstances I need to sell the site and concentrate on my parents health.
