why am i unable to post in Content section of buy/sell

I have completed more than 25 posts and my user account is around 3 weeks old why am i unable to post in that section ?

i am not cheating anyone ? i am not spamming Madam , i am into marketing stuff , and your forum says that one has 2 complete 25 post to post in marketing section . i am selling my services in other forums like nampros,v7n and many others i have been told my friend s that dp is good one .

and now whn i have made 25 post so as 2 get the permission for posting in buyl/sell section u say that am fraud ? moreover my posting made sense , it wass not that i just posted garbage . you can check all of my post that i have made including this one

i know that post padding is not cool but when people say that " just pm me" or leave a msg in thread what more should i post ? please read out the posting of other members of YELLOW POSTS THAT you were mentioning and do lemme know about it here

What you don't realize is that we see this like everyday with Noobs that join here......
