Well that's a load of bollocks for a start. DNA has diddly squat to do with what she may or may not have ingested. And even if she did ingest them it doesn't prove the parents administered them with malicious intent, if at all. And the fact that Madeleine may have been a handful doesn't prove her mother tried to quieten her by unlawful means. It still beats my why two well respected doctors would go all the way to Portugal and drug their kids when they could have just as easily left them at home with family. Why would they want to damage Madeleine - their special child they had struggled so hard to conceive by IVF? Don't go believing everything you read in the papers just yet.
Yes it is a very sad case , However looking at what alleged evidence they have or have not they do look a little guilty. But am sure if it going down as they a re alleging I am sure it wasn't on purpose. Maybe they wanted to go out for that meal that night, and being doctors didn't trust another person in the room to watch their kids, gave them some meds to make them sleep for awhile and Maddie was resistive to the dose so they gave her a little more. Then made sure she was sleeping before they left , when they got back on one of the check ins (as they said they kept checking in on them) realized what had happened and it gores from there, maybe she washed the teddy becasue the child saliva was all over it from being unconcious ??? Who knows , who will ever know - I think we have to wait and see if it goes to court...She maybe even alive?????

Don't worry, they didn't do it and should not be put to jail for it. They should be put to jail for being complete idiots and failures as parents.
The parents deal to well with public opinion for someone in their situation, I mean they always seem in control and everything looks planned. Just when everybody was criticizing Kate for not crying there they were coming out of their long silent to give an interview where... guess what.... the mom cried. (Awful display also) I think they did it, probably accidental, but they did it.
My parents kind of know them, or people related to them, which is weird. I have my doubts about the whole thing. I havn't been following it properly to be perfectly honest. I hope the parents arn't guilty, and I can't see why they would have done it, but then again as I said before I havn't really been following it properly. I still think for anything it's had too much publicity, good and bad. Fair enough they won't stop looking, but it's just been way over publicised. Maybe that was just them trying to get the picture of Madeline around the world so much.
