It's good for you, and I'm just curious if anyone feels, like me, that it's just as important to get some comedy and laughs in your day as it is to get serious work done. It's especially nice sharing a laugh with your family/friends, but it's always fine to laugh alone, or talk to yourself... as long as you don't talk back too much and annoy yourself . At school at lunch theres this friend that ALWAYS makes me laugh when I look at him.I just can't help myself.

It's terrible when you're watching a movie in class or with friends and you see something funny that nobody else does, and it's worse when you try and hold the laugh in because it's inevitable that you will lol. lol.
Its even worse when theres something everyone else finds funny, but you dont - so you have to force a laugh. Forcing laughs and smiles hurt my throat and cheeks.
It's like when I went to a greenday concert and I was like the only one out of tens of thousands of people that didn't know the words. My friends were all signing and....it was uncomfortable
