MB account locked Because i obviously put a wrong date of birth.

    Any way i can recover my 40$ without sending a damn identity piece? I only needed MB for ONE transaction so i didn't put my real infos. Is my 40$ lost forever?

    There is not harm if you input right DOB in your MB so why you added wrong info there :confused:

    I think they will help you to unlock it after you send them documents. You can call them or open a ticket under Customer service.

    I suggest u send MB you ID, and every thing will be OK.
    Same happened to me, and after I sent my ID, everything got ok
