    Hi,

I think somebody is trying to get me banned by Adsense by abusing my adverts...I have a very good idea who it is doing it so I just wondered if there was any way they could track their IP so they can see it is not me and if so, ban the person from there?

    Thanks

Check your logs , this is the best way to find out, also write to Adsense explaining this situation.

Google will know it's not you as they normally track IP addresses. However, if the clicking continues, the earnings will be retracted from your account.

If it was any other company, I'd explain but knowing Google I'm not too sure.

They're so arrogant in their ways, it's unlikely they'll be ok with it, depending on the extent of the invalid clicks and also the traffic to your website. (From experience, they seem to be lenient with bigger sites - which bring in more money generally so quite understandably)

Unfortunately, Google doesn't spend a lot of time investigating. It's easier for them to assume that the party doing the clicking is a friend or relative and that you approve or instigated the clicking. My suggestion is to get an email to Google ASAP.

Contact them and let them know immediately. Otherwise they'll surely ban your account.

Surely? Do you work for Google and that's why you can offer this guarantee?

Here's the best tip: Don't worry about it. The most likely course of action will the clicks will be discredited from your account and life will continue on as normal.

Try installing the adlogger script and ban the IP addresses that do all the clicking.
