The best forum is DP. Another good forum which gives you money for your postings is WMF.

I think he's talking about what forums are the best to get your sites spidered quickly.
This one is a good one, Earners forum and admin fusion.

Understand though that if you really want those forum signature links to pay off, the forum has to NOT use rel="nofollow" on your signature links and you're going to have to write a lot of posts (and don't just post for the hell of it, actually CONTRIBUTE to the forum you're posting in). Also pay attention to what boards in those forums you're posting in as well - if I had a site that talked about ASP.net tutorials, submitting 500 posts on a ColdFusion board of a popular Web development forum is going to do two things - and Jack left town. Also bear in mind that most of the time, forum signature links aren't going to do much for your site's SEO efforts, but it is a great way to target your site to the audience you want to promote the site to so you can get their attention directed toward your site (having actionable link text works a lot better than just the name of the site as well).

Yup, Dan Schulz has already given you a good advice. Posting quality posts in forums are a good way to get quality visitors if you are posting in your niche forums.

also the quality of the forum is base on the participants/member of the forum and how they discuss things. and i think this forum was good.
