WARNING DO NOT USE HOST PARLOR:
HostParlor.Com have a tendency to suspend accounts without any warning or notification. I lost 2 proxys which weren't even doing 1k+ UV because of "Over usage" on "Hostparlor Unlimited Reseller" I paid for 1 year of hosting and got 2 weeks. I dont recommend hostparlor for any proxy as obviously they cannot handle the load.

nickcmp is a reseller on hostparlor and is offering proxy hosting because he assumes they will be ok on hostparlor.

I guess I wont be offering proxy hosting to my clients.

Eddie has said he could offer proxy hosting as they are using LiteSpeed web server. Ive not got experence with it but here we can see the proof that its not working out so well for them? But maybe it lets them host more sites on their servers even if they cant run proxys so well. Proxys are know to use a lot of resources on systems and it looks like LiteSpeed dosent have much of an improvement over Apache. As long as your proxy are indeed not that popular.

I think they are working hard to provide a good service. I hope to stay with them. I will post any problems and review etc.

I have only one comment about Eddie , He hacked,rooted my server and formatted the entire hard disk after paying $25 for a new account with us(proxy paypal account). Thank God that I have had all accounts backup on www.rsyncpalace.com ,Thus I restored all.I lost some money also for OS Reinstallation and refunds to some clients.

His plus point is that, he contact me and told me how to secure the server. Some functions are there which caused this and ofcourse my bloody billing system iHost,which is not having any security. Later I changed to whmcs.

BTW, I just want to tell about Litespeed. Since 1 or 2 weeks, I am searching for Apache,LiteSpeed,Lightppd,Zeus etc.. Let me tell you what I found

Litespeed is much better than Apache any version. As far as I know, Eddie is using the Single core license which will work great with normal the php/mysql website. (litespeedtech.com 's staff told me this)

Litespeed can handle more connections,more domains than Apache. And is seems stable than Apache in certain cases

But in the case of proxy sites, there are chances to fail. Proxies using so much resources. 5-10 proxies , no problem . But if the number of proxy sites increases, I dont think Litespeed single core can handle it.
But I am sure, it can handle more proxy sites when compared to Apache
