PR 4 cheat code site cover 9000+ games

I would like to sell my more than 2 month old cheat code site, a cheat codes site with more than 9,000 games included in the database and organized into 16 categories.

The site is not making that much yet averaging $0.30 a day from adsense and 170+ unique a day.

The script is created by me and I am selling it at my script for sale store with the following features:

- Display feeds to supplement the site content, by displaying fresh content which engines like it.
- Automatic rss feed url that you can submit to rss agregators and ping to get more back link and traffic
- Display the games by category and by letter for easier navigation
- Visitor can share/submit their cheat codes
- Visitors can vote a specific game
- Visitors also can rate and leave comments
- Visitors can send the cheat code url to their friends up to 5 email (tell a friend)
- Display the most voted, rated, and viewed games
- Template base, where you can easily modify the current design and layout
- Simple admin where you can, add new games and codes, add new category, modify the codes, delete codes, approve or deny newly submitted codes, and control the comments.
