NEED TO SELL Established PR3 Myspace Content Site! Nearly 3 Year Old Domain!

I am in DESPERATE need of money, thus I have decided to sell one of my prized posession :'(. Today, UCBoyz.net is up for sale! This domain will be 3 years old in 2 more weeks! Decided to repost due to a BIN that fell through in my last thread.

I bought it and just really don't have the time to spend promoting it. It gets about 200 uniques a day, I just recently setup a channel on adsense for it, it brought in a couple bucks, See screen shot, little over $4.25 in 5 days.

The logo was just something I put together real fast to replace the old one. (Yeah I know its a bit lame )

Hosting can be on a cheap shared one. I'll also let ya keep it on my hosting until the second or third week of December. to letcha download the site and upload it to yours.

The domain is registered until 12/11/2008 with a free push to a GoDaddy Account

Great for someone starting out, tons of content, easy to use, admin panel for link management. (You can sell link ads here for even more money!)

Not much advertising has been done at all, therefore there is a HUGE POTENTIAL FOR PROFIT!

Hi, can you explain the increase in traffic from 7th to 8th (its big jump). Also, why does the page impressions from cpanle and adsense not match at all?

 

I'm not sure where the increase in traffice came from. I did small advertising in the form of posting answers in "Yahoo Questions". As for the cPanel and AdSense. I betcha if you checked all your sites, they dont match either

 

The thing is the traffic jump has been sustained i.e. it seems to be at the new higher level for the last 2 weeks or so. Will it remain at that or will tail off to the old low level?
