facebook app question

    I have learned how to make a simple app in facebook but i seem to be stuck
    how do you get the image or text to refresh i am using fbml and it seems that facebook caches them and i cant figure out how to fix this

    the last time i made a facebook aps was few months ago , i remmber that you cant refresh the main profile page and that the user have to visit the application page to refresh .

    Solution : i used a flash file that read an xml to display , so like it could refresh at anytime when user check the animation or whatver ...

    You can update the profile pages outside of the canvas/application if you use an Infinite Session.
