Fat=bad is part of the overall food lie that make real nutrition info hard to find. Fat is very important for vegans, because we don't get as much of it as those who eat animal flesh and baby cow food. Protein is also important, and all the items I mentioned contain abundant amounts of that as well. Excercise is important, but she wanted to know how to gain weight...and you don't know anything about being vegan.
all you need to do is regularly consume 30-50% more than your energy requirements and you will gain weight. as a vegan you obviously need to think about where your protein comes from, but you definitely do not need beef to gain weight. also might I suggest a better forum for this question? http://www.veganforum.com/forums/index.php you could try going on there and asking them about SEO too, and you'll get some equally uninformed answers
Try to exercise too. And do not eat Mcdonalds or that bull. Eat meat (pork) and especially lots of bread.

Think about those fat guys who wants to be like you. U should be happy to be skinny. Its more helpful than fat body.
I would honestly suggest that you see a doctor. It will be better to clear up whether the wieght loss is natural or is unnatural and should be attended to. Sometimes wieght loss is a sign that something is wrong. . . .now I don't want to freak you out because everything might be just fine . . .but at least you can have a peace of mind. . . .and you doctor can suggest stuff too. win win Skinny
Speaking as a fellow skinny person it isn't all that bad, in some ways it's pretty great if you one of those skinny folks who's as strong/stronger then folks bigger then you, thus exercise definitely wouldn't hurt (since you don't want to gain weight and NOT get stronger). Personally you don't seem to need the weight gain since u purdy, buuut physical fitness itself wouldn't hurt anybody so good luck on all of that stuff ^_^
Lol I was about to reply to this thread when I read the thread(s) about madest_lover (from your sig.). They all were so funny. Specially the peom, i had a good 2 minutes laugh. About your problem, I think you should try Yoga as it really works. (If you haven't heard about it, you can search the Internet. However, I am not sure if you will be able to do it without an instructor) Yoga helps overweight people in loosing weight and underweight people in gaining weight. So, you should definitely give it a try. And also try to keep a balanced diet. Hope it works for you.
