My story and how i was banned

I started at the end of August , the start of novembre with Google Adsense
I waited 1 month and half for approval and i was very happy when i got the mail with my account login and that i was approved .

My first checkue was made on the start of the october ... the pin code comed on 15 or 17 october and the checkue at middle of november

On the 2 November i received a mail from google adsense that sounds like this :

That means they found a connection between my account and another that was previous banned for invalid clicks ... LOL !

I was very mad , sended to them more mails and they say :
Yea ... we searched on the sources and its correct ... you are banned

I can't understand what connection could they found ... i didn't have any referral or registered under any referral ... anyways ... I hope you all to don't have my badluck

Are you sure you didn't get ban before ;-) (even if the previous account was registered under a sibling...)

 

Like bank account in same bank, same address ,etc.

 

That's really sad. Unless you are pretty big publisher, Google doesn't show any mercy!

 

yep... google does not warn or ban sites like youtube or another ones ( Big Fishes )

google adsense is the best

 

of course they do not ban sites like Youtube, because they own it.

I am also sure that Google bans people geographically too. They will not care to investigate a situation from a country with high risk of fraud (like Romania).

There are other alternatives, don't be pissed off.

i'm from romania too i've got websites ONLY in english and for english speaking people [my main traffic sources are US, UK, Australia] and i've got a good relationship with Google following every line from TOS

I agree with you. I haven't used Adsense as I am not a webmaster but a domainer. But i know that other big corps treat people differently as I have some friends working at paypal.

just read Google Terms of Service... there are a couple of things that aren't accepted like: you can't have porn related stuff, warez or video/mp3 download links on your website. You can't click your own ads, or use scripts or something like that. Google can also ban you for excessive spamming even though i haven't heard anyone being banned for that. You can't own 2 google Adsense accounts

Anyway, there are some simple rules and you'll get them really easy.

I was banned to from google on 2 Nov, with the same message. The difference between us is that i received one payment before.

I had nothing to do with another account banned, and i respected their TOS.

Think about it.

I received the WU payment on 28 Oct, and then on 2 Nov they ban me for association with another account.
I was an adsense publisher for 5 months. Can't belive it when i saw that message.

 

If it's a mistake, than it is indeed regretable. You said that you've contacted them, but did you offered to send them whatever proof they want about your identity, where you live, etc.? It may be just a name coincidence. I bet there are over 50 people in Romania named "Popescu Ion"(very common Romanian name and surname) and Google should take into considerations this sort of coincidences. Try to explain them politely the situation and maybe you'll get lucky.
