problem: how to seo for this site?

    hi to allseo-experts,

    how i can optimize this page for seo?

    www.findcheapestinsurance.com

    i cant change the content much, coz its a link in a frame, if i fill up the upper frame, google wont like it, if it does not show up on the page.

    is it possible to get on the first page of google results with bought PR?-links?

    or do you have some ideas?

    i am using this page in the lower frame as affiliate, i cant change it, its sourced on the insurance.com server. if i use the 301 redirect, it wont be good for google, duplicate content, right?

    hmm, quite difficult.

    I think it's not good to use frames in terms of SEO.

    "Search engines have a tough time with frames. Using frames either prevents search engine from finding pages within a web site, or it causes them to send visitors into a site without the proper frame "context" being established."
