I see alot of moaning about the changing of the adsense click area. I see this as a good thing. why? well because it shows the people that truely place there ads correctly and not just in places for accidental clicks and it also shows you that in the world of business anything can happens. so really its showing you what business is all about anyone else agree?
In longtern business its good because advertisers will be happy and in returns this makes the publishers happy.

Yes, I'm not happy with what's happening to my earnings but this change was kind of expected and is good for the online ad industry in the long run. Having said that, I really don't understand why the text description has been left out of the clickable area. Is it not a part of the ad? The font size of the URL in some ad formats is too small, so will be difficult to click. Just my 2 cents.
These are just growin pains. Google always upsets a lot of people with changes... but they tend to be the people that junk up the internet with things like parked pages with no real content... (that was just one example) or other devious methods for getting clicks. This will really help improve their content network for adwords. Clicks will be more valuable, which will drive adsense revenue even higher for the people that use it properly. After they get through a phase of changes everyone adapts.
