It will be either pay or invite for me. It depends on how my personal relationship with the writer and how much effort the writer will be prepared to offer. Definitely not through cheat. If you cheat for the post, you are cheating your readers as well.
I was just kidding. I don't need too many traffic and I just want to have more experienced blogger to shares something with me. YOu can tell my blog is about investing. I don't focuse on making money through ads. I make thousands through investing. and I need more people to join my commmunity

If it's good quality content you want, then you could pay writers to blog for you. I normally charge $10 per post and I've seen other writers do it for $5 per post. Another option: You could invite others to do a guest post for you and even offer to do a guest post for them. Some writers will do guest posts for free in exchange for a short bio at the end of their post. This gives them exposure, a clip for their portfolio, and helps you too.
