I do really apologize for the troubles happened on the server yesterday.

New cpanel has several problems but we are now using the stable version everything is running smoothly

 

Alright i've been hosted on this hosting since 9 days,
So far the experience has been great, it did have a small downtime which was handled & fixed quickly by the admin.
the support is very customer friendly and your problem is fixed within minutes of reporting it. the servers are fast & the hosting is definitely worth the price.

well,it's been more than 2 weeks after i have been hosted on techentrance..not even once did i face any kind of irritating problems.
These guys are really reliable and hell yes they run on quad core cpus with a HUGE load of ram that never makes your site go laggy.

Yes you can upgrade any time from the client area. you can open support ticket if you need help regarding upgrades.

Thanks. I'm not sure about Europe server although Europe is in the center of the traffic coming from USA and Asia but we are sticking to US in the time being .

why cant we browse yahoo.com or facebook.com ?

 

Yahoo looks fine for me but facebook might be blocking the server due to spam or something since neither me nor the client can control the proxy visitor behavior and many times proxies are used for spam.
