...Three months later, Weems told an Office of Professional Standards investigator that he'd been surrounded by a menacing gang-"four or five" men-at the time of the shooting, according to an OPS transcript. Weems told the investigator that's why he drew his gun. But the video shows a gun in his hand all along. Weems said Pleasance "came at me with his arm cocked" and demonstrated by raising a fist to his head. Again, the video shows no such thing. After attorneys at the Chicago firm of Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz filed a wrongful-death suit on behalf of Pleasance's mother, the city fought to keep the video under court seal. http://www.chicagoreader.com/features/stories/killedoncamera/ Outrageously bad judgment.
Here's a direct link to the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kMd_NCMETp4 Check this out: If it's true, they should have shot this cop before he shot their dog. http://www.kidk.com/news/11676076.html

If you look at the beginning, it seems that the whole stop was fraudulent anyway. Look at how the cop obstructs the view of the speed limit sign. Notice the red flags on it. You have to think they are there because someone else complained about not having seen it. So now the cop hides the sign with his car and it court will say, "what, you didn't see those red flags." The whole bunch of them need to be investigated.
