Is there anyway i can make a decent buck from a site with currently only 800 pageviews 400 uniques daily anyway thiss will even pay me back my hosting costes ...?
PR does not determine how much you can make. IMO, it's been overrated for too long. I've got buddies that have sites with PR above 5 and make MUCH less than I do.
If you want... PR is the main deciding factor... in it... so let all of us know about the PR and the kind of website it is...
klimaxhost.com its not a hosting site anymore, i got sick of that hosting site, it was no success at all, so i wrote that php script thats on there now.. Any ideas on how i can monitize it ...
i used google adsense on a site i previously owned, wich got about 2000 uniques per day around 10000 pageviews per day and it was hardly earning me anyting because nobody clickes the ads...
No, whitewhidow. Sorry. But put ads in anyway. A few bucks here and there adds up. You could also sell something cheap. Maybe, MAYBE make a couple of more sales a week. Screen savers. $7.77 e-book. Cool and funny greeting cards.... Work on getting your visitor rate up. Put the turkey down and read this. http://www.thelist.fm/marketing-advertising.shtml Work it for at least 30 days, and then advertise. Contact other site owners to see if they would like to advertise on your site for a cheap 30-day spot. If you have a good site, and you keep at it for at least 6 months, hopefully, you will be able to quit your job.
PR is not the main factor, traffic and targeted niche is. PR is just a rubbish system that has been overrated for a very long time. Meti
for me you can still sell ad space your traffic seems decent and page rank is not important in ads all that matters is the quality of traffic that you get everyday that has a possibility of clicking your ads.
According to the product, when you can sell to at least 1 out of every 100-200 visitors (the average rate). Besides, targeted ads brings you quality traffic. The trick is to sell them when they get there.
Thats the problem,, nobody buys or clicks ads, they are all freeloaders looking for free movies, thats it
lol you took the words right out of my mouth, cousin. That's one of the reasons why I stopped the newsletter feature in my site. But you can still make money. Have faith.
