    Yes you want to install phpbb on a Linux anyways. Change your godaddy server to Linux!

    No i have paid hosting....


    I figured it out though!!!

    The idiot at godaddy told me the wrong instructions.

    I just switched over to Linux, but im headed off to work, imma mess with phpBB tonight and tell you how it goes

    Yeah I don't think Godaddy is the best host. I was with them for a while but they're setup is not that great.

    Now i'm with 1&1 and and haven't had one problem:)
