LOL you are the bigot here... and you keep lying about the Bible, twisting words out of context and when asked to show where the Bible contradicts you can't. Plus, something tells me you are lying about comments too.
Ok then explain how im twisting this please: Mark 2 The problem of the passage is that when we look at the Old Testament passage that Jesus is citing (1 Sam. 21:16), it turns out that David did this not when Abiathar was the high priest, but, in fact, when Abiathar's father Ahimelech was. (1 Sam. 21:1-6),
Also debunked, once your done finding an excuse for that one, you can maybe help me with this. In Galatians we read that Paul, after he converting on the way to Damascus did not go to Jerusalem to see those who were apostles before him. (Gal. 1:16-17) But the book of Acts says that, that was the first thing he did after leaving Damascus. (Acts 9:26)
how about the future? it seems that you christians(follower of jesus) think a lot of things said in bible is meaningless and does not apply.and ace thinks that there is more of these kind of things in bible and the whole thing should be discredited. do you feel that as the time goes by and we are more advanced there is a point when the whole thing become meaningless and irrelevent as the parts that you think it is now?
Pizzaman you are easily fooled by their idiocy.... a Christmas tree isn't worshipped... idols are... do you see the difference? probably not... sad
idols always start by being harmless things and as time passes and people forget about their origin they become idols. the question is what would the effect of xmas tree be 2000 years from now?
The warning here is not about worshiping the tree, its warning about following the customs of the idolatress pagans.
I've gotten pretty much the same impression.. This conversation is going no where.. Aceday should quite while he is ahead.
Your a bit weird, a sadist is someone who obtains pleasure from inflicting pain on others , i didnt know i was affecting you that much, lol
Just want to throw this in. Aceday is 17. Peace, all. Is there something all of us could be doing to make the world a bit better?
^ Why am I not surprised? Like I said earlier.. probably a kid living at home with mom and dad.. Not that there is anything wrong with that.. I'm just trying to draw a parallel between youth and experience..
I agree, Jeremy - when I found that out, I went OOhhhhhhhhhhhhh. But then thought it wasn't very useful to continue with the guy.
I've known some pretty bright 17 year olds in my day though.. I'm sure in some ways this kid is as well.. I know when I was 17 I focused on the ladies, cars, and the occasional house party.... He's far too young to be taking things this seriously... I fault the public school system and poor parental time and involvement with a lot of this.. That and having been 17, I know it's pretty easy to be pissed off at everyone and everything.. Hell, 17 year olds are some of the most stressed people around...
Have you been spying one me, :/ I maybe 17 but i dont see what that has anything to do with this thread, i know my bible and ive been studying comparative religion for a few years. Infact im looking into becoming a scholar of the new testament, perhaps a degree in textual criticism.
Now, that is offensive, bigoted and disgusting.. You should be ashamed.. I sense and infraction on its way... Man there are some gross people in this world.
