I have a page on a site where that page is indexed in Google, but the page are not showing up in the serps. How come?
It takes time for you to rank on search engine. You need to be patient and work hard for your targeted keywords.
Yes, but I am not even on the last place for a spesific keyword that the page is onpage SEO`ed for. I thought that if I am at least indexed I will be in the serps somewhere.
Being indexed does not mean you'll place in SERPs. You need to build backlinks if you expect to get some SERP rank. Make sure to use your anchor text as the keywords\phrases you want to rank for. You need more back links dear... to get a Good ranking for your keyword in Google... Indexing doesn't mean for sure about rankings..There are several factors too for getting ranking.
