Hello. I really don't think you need that many people. One global moderator or one administrator would be ok for a forum of that size. My forum at www.computalk.net is bigger than yours by about 800 posts and it only has one administator (me) and one global moderator and one normal moderator. You should try and get one good person to fill the space instead of lots of ok people or else you will spend you whole life chasing after them (I know frome experience). Calum
