For Mid $x,xxx investment, you are earning quite good. You can easily get your investment back within few weeks (depending on you how much time you work). Does your work involves lots of expenses too?

I charge $100 an hour. That is what everyone else charges. They pay it happily.

I spent about $50 to clean that $450 job. Gas and cleaner.

I can work about 8 hours a day with ease. In other words, $800 lol. All I have to do is push around this:


Mine is about 3' 4" wide.

I am keeping a database of my customers. I could clean the same driveway every 6 months.

I'll post some pictures of a driveway i cleaned later.

I sent out a nice little flyer i made on my computer in the mail to a street. Private. But I plan on expanding to larger jobs. I plan on buying an asphalt cleaner in latter days.

All you need is a business license (duh).

I have no special skills. No courses.
