Proxy Network Forsale (110 Domain Names)

Hey Folks,

I recently lost my free colo and have decided now is the time to just shutdown my proxies as I really haven't had time to devote to them recently.

I have moved them to a temporary/test dedicated server that is having an incredibly hard time keeping up with the load (needs moar ramz). These were previously running on a c2d 6600 w/6G of ram and eaccelerator w/out issue. Currently the sites pull ~25Mbit at peak times.

It's basically thedailyproxy.com and all of 107 "daily domains", websensebypass.com, and lolfirewall.com. The 107 daily domains all point to the same HTML files and are basically 107 domain names pointing to the same static IP. An example daily domain is http://geekywiki.com. You can see there is no text noting it is a proxy site. Just a graphic that clearly shows what it is Wink

The domain list and their expiration dates are listed below. Although it is called thedailyproxy I haven't sent out a new domain in ~6 weeks. The mailing list is not included.

So far this month they have earned $160 only from adsense on 175k ad impressions. Last month was $166 from adsense. I'm not very in your face with adsense ads, nor do I run popups. This was always something I did for fun and wasn't all that into monetizing the sites beyond covering some basic monthly costs.

As of right now I had to disable DNS resolution because of the large influx of traffic from posting this ad on another site crashed the box. I need to sell these sites today to someone who can quickly assume this much traffic.

I'm probably going to offload 1/2 of the traffic to another box to help speed things up if the sale doesn't go through today. All domains are registered with godaddy. I can redirect traffic to your IPs immediately and then follow that up with a domain push.

There were ~600 subscribers to my mailing list, but it is not included in this auction.

The last 'daily proxy' email sent was >6 weeks ago.

 

So you are essentially selling the domains and traffic from url?

 

I'm selling 110 domains and the proxy scripts they currently run on.

I'm not selling any traffic, but it is assumed that if you simply moved all these domains to a server that could handle the load you would continue to make the revenue listed in the screen shots. You will require hosting and at least one static IP.

So far today I'm up to $16.86 from the sites listed for sale and these are not brand new domains.
