    Really? From where did you get this figure?

    It is really a less population then Japan,China and India.
    I think Bombay(India) is having a figure around 15 Million.

    New York is really the biggest city in the world at 25 million. The city's boundaries haven't expanded due to the rivers and ocean but within the metro are yeah you have 25 million. Cities nearby like Newark and Jersey City etc are connected by subway and Long Island is just onother part of New York City.
