You are obviously confused if you think they contradict.

Maybe if you try reading the Bible instead of someone's point of view on it. Dare you to actually, but I bet you are too scared.

they do not contridict each other, there is not one contridiction in the bible. Sure some take the context and playaround with the words, but if the bible is read correctly there is no contridiction.

Something tells me you've never read either one...

Why PM, can't you answer them here? Is it ok for me to keep my White Lab if I convert? Also, they are still serving McRibbs all month long.. Can I continue to consume these, or must I refrain.

    Thank you in advance.

The only contradictions I have seen are coming from the heat..

This isn't directed to anyone here. As a Muslim this is what I observed and I think many others have too (including non-Muslims)..

God is Perfect. Now, if people say that they now follow the new laws, that means the old laws are "outdated"? Logically, God would not have sent down laws if they were not good. Now, don't get me wrong here, maybe the laws were for a certain people for a certain time. Correct me if I am wrong in understanding that point of view.

Also, as Muslims, we believe that the Torah was sent down for a group of people of that time, the Bible was sent down for a certain people for that time, and the Quran was sent down for humanity for all time. Why was the message sent down several times, because we humans added stuff to these holy books. The Quran has been perfect word for word for 1500 years. God promises that He will let nobody change it. It will remain like this for the rest of time.

    Thanks for reading.

    Dont you mean paul?

    This is jesus: Mathew 5
The law must not be changed until the earth passes, (end of the world). If you so ardently proclaim your allegiance to Jesus (peace upon him), since the earth has not yet disappeared, why do you abandon the law?

    Romans 7
So paul admits he is a sinner, now he needs a solution...

    Galatians 2
There we go, now the law is dead, he's no longer braking the law thus he is no longer a sinner.

Now compare this to what jesus said in my first quote. NOT EVEN THE SMALLEST LETTER!

    1 Cor 7: 25

the laws were never taken away, They were in fact made stricter. Ten commandments say do not commit adultery, Jesus says, do not even put it in your mind

    Mark 2
Here, Jesus is confronted by the Pharisees because his disciples had been walking through a grain field, eating the grain on the Sabbath. Jesus wants to show the Pharisees that "Sabbath was made for humans, not humans for the Sabbath" and so reminds them of what the great King David had done when he and his men were hungry, how they went into the Temple "when Abiathar was the high priest" and ate the show bread, which was only for the priests to eat.

The problem of the passage is that when we look at the Old Testament passage that Jesus is citing (1 Sam. 21:16), it turns out that David did this not when Abiathar was the high priest, but, in fact, when Abiathar's father Ahimelech was.

    (1 Sam. 21:1-6),

Ace, if you think the Bible is corrupt why quote it at all? Or only the parts that show Jesus superior to anyone else are the corrupt parts ???

Nope, Jesus. If you read the whole Bible it is about Jesus. Jesus is coming, Jesus came, Jesus is coming again. God's plan of salvation is through Jesus. If you follow Jesus - you are following God, because like Jesus said, He only does the will of the Father.

    Simple as 1+1=2

The whole idiotic thing that some imam started about "pauline theology" is hilarious. Especially when that imam can't tell how Paul wrote anything wrong about what Jesus said.

Oh well, must be time for aceday to copy more things from that idiotic site of ramblings of an imam from ....

Why are you rambling on about Imams for when i am quoting from the bible. See you just give me replies like 'oh oh he's twisting the verse' or 'oh oh he's copying and pasting'.

Now, its very simple: Jesus said not a dot of the law be abandoned till the earth disappears, then paul comes along centuries after Jesus and tells us the law is dead.

Since you tell me the NT cancels out the OT, who are you following Paul or Jesus?

What am I suppose to do, chase down every post you make with explanations of how you (or the site you copy/pasted from) twisted the meaning of the verses, took them out of context, totally misunderstood, lacked the cultural understanding of the day or how you imposed idiot islamic beliefs as part of others beliefs to create the meaning you wanted?

I have done enough correcting in this forum to know that as soon as you correct one, the person goes and copies/pastes another. It is never ending and once that poster stops, they send in another to start it all over again.

What you are doing here is nothing new, satan has been twisting the words of the Bible since recorded time. Lets see he asks Eve "Did God really say?"

hmmm... seems like satan hasn't changed his tactics, just his tools.

Read my other post / reply to aceday to understand why I don't bother.

I am no fool to the game, been fooled before, but I can see where this is going already.

Maybe we should get back on the original subject of this thread? Oh, ya, everything about islam somehow always goes back to the Bible. I wonder why that is? hmmmmm

See, another reply, which says nothing except for im twisting the verse, with nothing to actually back you claim up with either. Rather sad.

THIS QUOTE IS IN PLAIN ENGLISH.

    Mathew 5
Since you tell me the law doesnt need to be followed, then you are saying Jesus didnt mean what he said.

Because when the religion was invented they pick and chose the parts of the Bible they wanted to use, then called it their own...
