Sweet way to get more clicks!! DO READ

I just recieved a PM on a torrent site forum i signed up on some time back where in the Admin is asking the users to click on the ADs so that they get more revenue !!!
Here's a screenshot of the PM
ADs are by CPXinteractive ! Hows this for getting more money ! Will they get busted for this ?

It's useless to email them.. What's the purpose of killing their revenue.. closing their forum?

 

Report them! People like this are the reason why advertisers are always suffering from fraudulent clicks. People don't understand that when your cheating to make money, that someone else is losing money.

Thats pathetic.... do you not realise that is fraud and is costing Advertisers millions of dollars each year! Its killing the market... HOW STUPID ARE SOME PEOPLE!!

 

I wonder if they will get paid, asking users to click twice/day is not very wise...if they want to cheat then they should do it subtly

 

I completely agree, which is why people should be reporting this type of stuff more often as it is loosing advertisers these large amounts of money/year when they aren't getting their best ROI by people just clicking the ads for no apparent reason.

If advertisers stop advertising online = you're not going to be making money online if your a publisher, so protect your interests

This is cheating a fellow webmaster. When he makes money a fellow webmaster who placed the add is losing money. No wonder google got such strict TOS for adsense. Otherwise people would have abused adsense as well.

 

I think its fair.

CPX will not pay on Per Click Basis.

It only pays when there is a Conversion.

So Even if I click my ads daily I get nothing out of CPX Interactie. So even the PM is fruitless.

 

some cheater, some tricks. there is always poeple like this, they just want to make money fast. there is no thing such as easy money

 

And publishers wonder why the earnings per click are so low.

It's precisely because of webmasters like this. Just email CPX the screen shot and let them deal with the publisher. You'd have done your good deed for the day.

 

I can see the earning per-click going down if this sort of thing keeps happening.

that's hilarious, you'd think theyd be making enough money anyway. and if its CPX then what would clicking on the ads do? dont they get paid per 1000 impressions!

 

They do but CPM price is based on the CTR

 

Why don't you PM them back and say they should change their ad impressions to something that would be more meaningful to their base? Probably need to throw in about this possibly being fraud also. Better to do that than to automatically report them. They may actually not know.....

 

I beg to differ.
CPX ads have CLICK ON ME everywhere written on it. So it doesnt really matter if the webmaster begs for clicking the ads.
Though what the forum admin is doing is not correct but all what youa re talking is a bit quiet harsh on them.

Lets not get them banned. They are doing a good job if they are running a torrent portal
