Squidoo Question -

    Hi there,

    Today I started creating a proper lens on Squidoo, but I noticed a problem with it when I tried joining a related group.
    Squidoo said I couldn't join that group because my lens was a 'work in progress lens'.

    Why is my lens labelled as 'work in progress'? How can I upgrade it?

    I've highlighted part of the FAQ on Squidoo, but it doesn't really say why a lens is called as 'work in progress'...

    There is usually a bit of a delay before you can start joining groups. It takes a bit for your new lens to filter through the system and make the list. You should be able to do it by now.

    I think the delay is less than 12 hours. They just want to make sure people have to keep coming back and using their site continually.

    The delay is the next lensranking. Which could be up to 24 hours depending on just how soon after the last lensranking you published your lens.
