OK, Simple question - What directories actually have traffic?

Not interested in pagerank.. just good traffic.

    Thanks. :)

Niche directories have traffic if they provide some additional content to the users who search that specific niche.

My game directory receives nearly 300 visits/daily most of which are from google.

Do you mean directories that receive traffic or that send traffic to the submitted sites?

Well as long as a directory is indexed i would say they all get traffic, its just the difference in traffic, if anything the free directories are probably getting traffic to brag about. ;) but not all traffic is good, not all traffic converts and not all traffic leads to traffic outwards to the submitted sites.

Off topic, traffic passes my house everyday but it does my directory no good. :p

Traffic can be faked, junk etc

My niche directory, Crafty Tips has about a 40-50% click through rate for the listings. Based on total visitors/hits on click counter php file.

H-log has some traffic with average of 400 uniques per day !! Like pipes said receives traffic so does my directory rank with more and more users taking part and listing their directories.

Other than that try http://www.dmoz.org/ i think it gets lots of traffic ;)

We have over 1.000.000 vistors a month, but it still depends in what topic a site is listed if it will get traffic.
Some topics generate a lot of traffic, while other topics are never visited.

    And what is good traffic?

A shopping site with 1 visitor a week, who buys a lot of products, will be happier then a blog with 100 vistors a day.
