Hi frens, I want to know is it legal to make a site which contain fre flash games which I mean the games is not mine but I take it from other people..I see there are many sites doing this thing so what I want to know is it fine to make such site? waiting for yor explanation

Oh I see, thanks one thing em is it legal for us just to take their link of the game(deeplink if I am not wrong ) rather that uploading the game to my own web hosting?

 

You may embed with a backlink, if the website allows you to.
Else, NO, that would be illegal.

Most of the flash games around are in the demo version with the link to the official website inside the game so it's Legal to embed them.
